Friends of Dyslexia Inc. is proud to announce that as of December 16, 2015 we are the only non-profit registered charity under the Income Tax Act that raises funds for services related to dyslexia in Canada. 80% of raised funds go directly to people with dyslexia for services.
Dyslexia affects 1 in 5 people. Dyslexia is a reading and spelling problem not a thinking problem. Investing in the education and improving both reading and spelling will allow confidence to grow. Their new future will open doors to endless possibilities.
